Who we Are

MiaBellaCandleBiz.com is a home-based business owned by Stephanie Sterling, an Independent Distributor of natural, gourmet candles & home fragrance, natural bath & body and natural mineral cosmetic product lines, developed and manufactured by the Parent Company, based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA.
 
Stephanie has promoted to one of the top leadership ranks, Senior Director, of the Parent Companies Marketing & Compensation Plan through her dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and customers interested in purchasing the natural gourmet products available through the Parent Company and providing training, coaching, mentoring and business resources to thousands of Independent Distributors throughout her sales organization since April of 2003.

She resides and works from her home in Northern Virginia with her fiancé, life and business partner, Roy Juers. Together their mission is to make a difference by helping individuals with a desire to make positive, empowering change in their lives through home based business, entrepreneurship, financial independence and personal growth and development.

Their passion is providing mentoring that builds people and implements the practice of  the business fundamentals, skills, individuals need to succeed and promoting new leaders throughout their organization

Product Line

The Parent Company’s product line began by offering natural, gourmet candles, originally made from soy wax, in order to provide an alternative wax candle that is clean burning, reducing harmful soot in our home and environment. The wax formulas used in the gourmet candles have improved over time to include other natural plants in its proprietary wax formula improving performance so the gourmet candles are not only cleaner burning, but longer lasting and better smelling than similar candle, wax and home fragrance products available in the $3 plus Billion candle and home fragrance industry.
 
The original product line has grown to include natural gourmet candles offered in a variety of jars, votives, and melts for tart warmers, upscale spa and designer scents and fragrance items for home, office and automobiles. The Parent Company creates and releases a natural wax candle in a new scent each month and maintains a selection of over 100 fragrances, from the finest European Perfumeries.

The Parent Company develops and manufactures other natural, gourmet personal care and natural mineral cosmetics including soy and botanical based bath & body bars, hand wash, and body lotion.  

The products developed and manufactured by the Parent Company are only available through Independent Distributors and can be purchased through their personalized company provided websites, or in person locally through a variety of methods which can include home, office and catalog parties, booths at tradeshows and events, word of mouth, or any direct personal contact.

The business plan utilizes the powerful Direct Sales/Network Marketing distribution and compensation plan. Each Independent Distributor is rewarded generously through profits earned from their retail customer base, the fundraising program designed to support churches, clubs, schools, sports teams and leagues, and other non-profit, or for profit groups and organizations.

Distributors have the opportunity to earn generous commissions and bonuses through promoting and marketing the business opportunity and helping others start and develop their own Independent Distributorship. Commissions and bonuses are earned based on the sales volume created by the Independent Distributors sales organization and paid by the Parent Company.

This offers the opportunity through continuous work, and dedication to create unlimited income through leveraged efforts over time.

The cosmetic industry is a $36 Billion annual industry and moving towards the trends of natural, healthy living, environmental awareness and natural Mineral Cosmetics are in a position ahead of the trend of this fast growing market.

The Parent Company is continually upgrading and enhancing existing products and divisions, while actively researching and developing new cutting edge products that enhance the health conscious, go-green consumer and lifestyle movement.

The Parent Company contributes to research and solutions needed to save the world’s population of honey bees, which are responsible for 1/3 of the food consumed in the US. A portion of all sales generated by one of their top selling vanilla-honey candle scents is contributed to the program at Penn State University.

MiaBellaCandleBiz.com and it’s founders provide sales and marketing training and coaching through a training & support resource website exclusive to its organization, weekly live local trainings, telephone conference calls, internet video webinars, and a library of recorded trainings accessible 24 hours a day.

The founders and leadership team provide a 24 hour team message board community where it’s members may share, ask questions and receive unlimited support around the clock from other successful team members and leaders.

The founders, Stephanie Sterling & Roy Juers also provide a comprehensive and user friendly online business marketing system that is available to all Independent Distributors that can be used by Independent Distributors to grow their business in their local area, or anywhere in the US, it’s territories, Canadian Provinces and any countries the Parent Company expands it business into.

Training & support recourses are available to team members for local, national and regional methods for marketing, advertising and promotion on Print Media (newspapers, magazines, flyers, posters, signs, etc).
